About Oscar Garcia

Oscar Garcia is a dynamic professional whose life and career reflect the seamless intersection of artistry, leadership, and service. With roots in musical theatre and a lifelong passion for performance, Oscar was groomed by prestigious institutions including The Young Americans, Disney, and was accepted into Juilliard—an early testament to his talent and dedication to the arts.
While his path initially pointed toward the Broadway stage, Oscar’s journey evolved, leading him back to California where he earned degrees in Education and Psychology. After a brief time in the classroom, he transitioned into finance at Bullock's and Bullocks Wilshire Corporate Offices, where he was cultivated into the executive leader he is today.
Oscar’s entrepreneurial spirit soon emerged as he founded and led a successful company specializing in high-end décor for five-star resorts and Class A office buildings across Los Angeles and Orange County. Following the sale of his company, he embarked on a remarkable 25+ year career in the nonprofit sector, beginning as a Director of Development and ultimately serving as Chief Executive Officer—dedicating his work to impact, growth, and community transformation.
Today, Oscar is living what he calls his “best life”—a purposeful blend of passion and profession. He leads a thriving insurance practice focused on healthcare and Medicare, empowering individuals and families with clarity and confidence. Simultaneously, he is the visionary behind a growing platform centered on etiquette and elocution across generations, helping individuals elevate their presence from the boardroom to everyday life.
Returning full circle to his artistic roots, Oscar is also a voiceover actor, bringing stories to life—particularly through his love of narrating children’s audiobooks, where imagination, voice, and heart come together.
